AMBERLITE IRN160是均粒、凝胶型强酸阳离子交换树脂和强碱阴离子交换树脂的混合物。其出厂形态为H﹢/OH-型,且达到了动态平衡转型极限。AMBERLITE IRN160适用于核废水处理和沸水堆核电站凝结水精处理深层混床处理。该树脂具有较高交换容量和优异的抗磨檫和渗透压力能力的特点。阴树脂和阳树脂不分离的特性使该混合树脂输送非常简单,不会产生阴阳树脂分离的现象。 AMBERLITE IRN160是通过特殊工艺制造的,专为核电站水质工程设计的核级混合树脂。这种特殊的树脂制造工艺再结合罗门哈斯公司降低阴离子交换树脂中氯型树脂含量的后处理工艺,使树脂达到一种极限纯度,以满足核工业的严格要求。应用及建议运行条件 AMBERLITE IRN160具有极高的纯度和优良的物理稳定性,在核电站的使用中表现出了其它树脂不可替代的优越性。阴阳树脂不分离的特性使其成为以下几个应用领域的最佳选择。 ·沸水堆核电站凝结水精处理深层混床 ·核废水除盐 ·混床除盐 AMBERLITE IRN160同样可以应用于各种不同的核废水处理。最小床深------------------------------------------------800mm 最高使用温度--------------------------------------------60℃ 运行流量------------------------------------------------80BV/h 运行流速------------------------------------------------120m/h(35-50℃)

basic resin properties. It is still important to
know that the resins used in the application are
of the highest capacity and total quality. The
typical properties of the resins used in Amberjet
UP6040 are shown below. These values are listed

used to make Amberjet UP6040 meet stringent
standards for high capacity, uniform particle size
